Welcome to Emerald Oasis! The property features two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a full/twin bunk—each designed for comfort and rest. The full bathroom retains vintage charm with a shower/tub combo and warm lighting.

We are located on a rare double lot in Avondale, voted the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Nestled between downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport, this eclectic home blends vintage charm with modern comfort—perfect for couples, families, or friends.

Unwind by the fire pit in the fully fenced yard after a day exploring the city. Whether for work or play, Emerald Oasis offers a relaxing, photo-worthy stay to make lasting memories.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking at home, while the vibrant living room with a green velvet sofa, electric fireplace, and smart TV invites you to unwind. A dining area seats six, the east-facing sunroom glows with morning light, and a small desk provides space for remote work. Step outside to a spacious, fenced yard—perfect for evenings by the fire pit or a fetch session with your pup.

We do allow well behaved dogs, but set the maximum at 1 unless otherwise discussed. Cats are not permitted.

Guests have full access to the first-floor unit, including the living spaces, basement with washer/dryer, and private yard as well as free street parking. Please note: the upstairs unit, garage, and areas marked “No Guest Access” are restricted spaces.

We live in the upstairs unit with our two small dachshunds. You’ll have full privacy in your first-floor unit, but we may occasionally cross paths in the yard, basement, or stairwell. We’re friendly and happy to chat—or let you enjoy your stay in peace.
